On The Street – A Summer Day in Kensington Market

I’m sure a lot of you know by now that Kensington Market is one of my favourite places to do street photography here in Toronto. The vibrance, the colours, the smells and the sounds all form this very unique experience not found anywhere else in the city. Whether you come here in the summer or winter, the vibe goes on. What I particularly love about Kensington is that you feel like you’re in another city. It’s as if you’ve crossed a boundary and the rules have changed. I can guarantee you, in Kensington Market there is potential to not only have a great cup of coffee with a slice of cherry pie, but to meet some of the most interesting people in the city.
