It’s always such a pleasure to shoot a beautiful couple who’s super laid back and not afraid to take risks. On top of all of this, having an amazing backdrop such as the King’s College at the University of Toronto is surely a recipe for something special. This was the place where Marianne spent 4 years of her life as a student and felt it would be amazing to once more relive her memories on this special day. The weather was chilly, around 5 degrees celsius and there was little foliage to take cover from the bright sunny sky. However, Marianne mentioned that as a student she and her friends would often hang out in this little arcade nook. As soon as we got there I immediately knew this was it! It wasn’t the cleanest of places for a white dress but the lighting was perfect. At first I was a bit worried that she might be apprehensive about dirtying the bottom of her dress, but those were soon washed away. As you can tell, the playful and laid back nature of these two awesome people made the experience definitely worth it.
Amazing, epic night. Truly proud to have been a part of this – wonder what we’re gonna think in 25 years during the Silver anniversary?
